The matches will be organised according to the laws of the game set by FIFA. Participating players must be bom on or after 01. 01. 2007. Each match in the toumament shall consist of 2 x 30 minute halves. For the group phase, teams will be drawn into 2 groups of 4 teams each. Each group will play in a roundrobin system. Teams are awarded 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points tor a defeat.

THE FINAL GROUP RANKING WILL BE DETERMINED IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
1. point difference 2. goal difference 3. head-to-head result 4. most goals scored 5. draw ln case of a draw during the placement matches, each team will take 5 penalty kicks to determine the winner of that match (no extra time). lf the standings still happen to be a tie after the 5 penalties, sudden death penalty kicks decide the winner.

COMPETITION RULES
For the tournament, for every match, 20 players can be registered, and a maximum of 5 substitutions can be made. After the half-time break the game can only be interrupted 3 times because of substitutions. During every match a maximum of 8 officials/coaching staff are allowed on the substitutes' bench. After a red card the player misses the next match, but in serious cases and in case of unsportsmanlike behaviour that player can possibly serve a ban of two matches depending on the decision of the Competition Committee. Throughout the cup, each footballer is obliged to wear the same number they are assigned at the start of the tournament. The colours of the jerseys are to be decided at the pre-match technical meeting where all kits, official squad lists and players’ legal documents must be presented. Each player enters the pitch at their own risk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any programmes.

TOURNAMENT AWARDS: The winner of the tournament gets a miniaturized version of the Puskás–Suzuki Cup. Each player of the first, second and third placed team, receives a gold, silver or a bronze medal respectively. lndividual awards: best goalkeeper, best player, top goalscorer.
